Who needs a stuntman?  Not Will Smith.  He was photographed jumping out of a 3rd story building for his upcoming movie “Menn In Black 3″!  The filming, which took place on June 6th is the third installment of the beloved Sci-Fi flick starring Agent J and Agent K, who live in a world where Aliens exist, protecting humankind from this knowledge.  This time around, the two agents are traveling back in time to young Agent K to save the world.  Tommy Lee Jones will be back playing the elder Agent K, while, Josh Brolin will play the young Agent K.  The movie is set to hit theatres on May 25, 2012.  Can you wait that long?  We can’t!

The waiting is over, Men in Black 3 will start shooting soon!  Will Smith was seen in NYC on the 20th entering the Trump hotel and we are all excited to follow the shooting schedule and see what other actors will be involved in the film!  On his way to NYC, Smith donated 30 computers to a school in Philadelphia that had 60 of thier stolen.  So far 30 had been returned to the school, and so Smith decided to donate the rest.  Smith grew up in Philadelphia and attended Overbook High School, which is now the name of his entertainment and artist management company.

Overbrook Entertainment, Will Smith’s company, announced that their opening project will be a “re-imagination of the classic Broadway musical Annie, as a vehicle for Willow Smith.” The successful young star Willow, who released the hit single Whip My Hair not too long ago, will be join her parents and Jay-Z in the making of the film as Annie herself. Her brother Jaden Smith also recently starred in the new version of The Karate Kid.

Men in Black 3 is scheduled to begin shooting in New York in September. The majority of the film, according to insiders, will take place in 1969 due to a time traveling enemy (Jemaine Clement) who will force Jay (Will Smith) to follow him to the past. Barry Sonnenfeld will be on board to direct with a script written by David Koepp.

And if you like to have your calendar organized nice and early – make sure to mark May 25, 2012 as the start date for the latest in the Men in Black series.

According to Variety, Will Smith, James Lassiter and Ken Stovitz of Overbrook Entertainment are all teaming up with Debbie Allen to produce a film about African-American neuroscience professor Dr. S. Allen Counter. Farhad Safinia has been tapped to pen the script.

Smith has worked with Dr. Counter in the past for projects for Haiti relief. Dr. Counter is the current director of the Harvard Foundation of Harvard University and he is a professor of neurology at Harvard Medical School.

Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith, Jaden Smith and Willow Smith hit Germany this week for the premiere there of The Karate Kid. The premiere was in Berlin, Germany on Monday, July 19th.

Jaden posed for pictures and signed autographs in the German capital.

The Karate Kid finally hit London, as the premiere took place on July 16th, 2010. Producers Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith were there to support Jaden, their 12 year old son and the star of the remake.

When asked about her son, Jada Pinkett Smith said, “You know, it’s Will and I… I just felt like two artists would create a little artist. When he was born he used to love dancing to Michael Jackson…. And then as he got older, he had some real skills.”

Will Smith explained that Jaden “didn’t have the shock and the radical life change that child actors usually have coming into the business.’

Crowds in India are, apparently, going wild over the new Karate Kid movie, starring Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan and produced by Will Smith.

As Kercy Daruwala, managing director at Sony Pictures, said, “We are expecting the numbers to go up in the coming week following positive word-of- mouth publicity. Many shows drew full houses during the weekend.”

Bollywood loves Jackie Chan, and, according to the article, this is the highest grossing Jackie Chan movie in India to date.
